What is Stand Fast - Down Under?
Stand Fast — Down Under is an Australian apparel brand that issues limited-run garments for a short time, then archives them permanently. We don’t restock and we don’t reissue.
What does “issued, then archived” mean?
Each release is available for a short window. Once that window closes, the garments are withdrawn and moved to the Archive. They are not produced again.
Will you restock sold-out items?
No. We don’t restock, and we don’t reissue. When an issue is closed, it’s closed permanently.
How do I know when a new issue is released?
Join the Archive mailing list. You’ll receive one message per issue when a new release is about to open.
How long does shipping take within Australia?
As we use print-on-demand production, orders are made specifically for you. Production and shipping times are shown at checkout and may vary slightly depending on location and demand.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchasing?
Because garments are produced to order, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once production has started. Contact The Command Post as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend checking it carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit.
Do you ship outside Australia?
At launch, our focus is Australia. Any international shipping options will be clearly shown at checkout if available.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact The Command Post with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review it and work with you to resolve it.
Is Stand Fast political?
No. Stand Fast is an apparel brand built around posture, standards, and calm strength. It’s not aligned to any political party or agenda.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
